研究旨在探索高职青年教师职业认同的差异来源及与大五人格的关系。差异分析中,在性别上,被试职业认同的各维度均无显著性,在大五人格的外倾性和宜人性上存在显著差异; 在城乡地域上,被试职业认同的各维度均存在显著差异,大五人格中仅外倾性因子差异显著。相关分析中,被试职业认同与大五人格的外倾性、宜人性和责任心呈现正相关,与神经质因子呈现负相关。回归分析显示责任感是高职青年教师职业认同水平有效的预测力指标。
Abstract:
This paper aims to explore the difference sources of higher vocational young teachers' occupational identity and the relationship with Big Five personality. In the analysis of variance, for gender part, there was no significant difference in all dimensions of occupational identity of the participants, and there were significant differences in the extroversion and agreeableness in Big Five Personality factors. For source places of students, there were significant differences in all dimensions of occupational identity, and significant differences only happen in external factors in Big Five Personality factors. In the correlation analysis, there was a positive correlation between occupational identity of participants and extroversion, pleasantness and accountability of Big Five Personality, and a negative correlation with neuroticism factors. Regression analysis shows that the sense of accountability is an effective predictor of occupational recognition level among young teachers in higher vocational colleges.
