摘要:
从江苏省高职院校中外合作办学项目的项目数、国家分布、专业分布三个角度进行现状分析,指出存在的主要问题是办学定位不清晰、缺少稳定的高素质教师团队、国际优质教育资源利用质态不高、办学规模与学生素质矛盾凸显等,并提出相应的发展对策:明确办学定位,推进专业国际化评估; 加强党建,保证办学方向; 完善合作项目教学质量监控机制; 尝试办学新模式; 打通学生项目流动通道,放大办学效益。
Abstract:
This paper analyzes the current Sino-foreign joint programs by vocational colleges in Jiangsu province from the three perspectives of quantity, state distribution and major distribution, and points out such main problems as the unclear academic orientation, lack of stable and high-quality faculty, the low-level utilization of international high-quality academic resources and the contradiction between program size and student qulity, etc. It puts forward the following strategies to improve program efficiency: clarifying the orientation and adopting international professional academic evaluation; strengthening the leading function of party construction to guarantee academic performance; improving the mechanism of program teaching quality supervision; implementing new models and opening up the channel of students transferring to joint programs.
